Delivery Do’s & Don’ts

Delivery timescales are dependent on the delivery option selected during checkout.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

During seasonal peaks please allow extra days for delivery due to higher postal volumes via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery

As a result of the Covid-19 crises some Royal mail deliveries are taking a little longer than normal. Please be patient your order will be on its way in the postal system. 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of your order how so ever caused including but not limited to force majeure events. These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will not consider an order to be lost unless it is not delivered by the 15^th day for the UK, 20^th day for Europe or the 25^th day for Rest of the world.
